Beef Bristo Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. onion salt
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 tsp. rosemary, crushed
    salt and pepper
    sour cream
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in foil for
    1 hour at 400\u00b0.
    Melt butter and oil in heavy skillet; add beef and brown.
    Add onion salt, garlic and parsley.
    Combine tomato paste and seasonings.
    Add to beef and simmer for
    10
    minutes.
    Open
    potatoes and scoop out most of potato;
    add
    to
    beef
    mixture
    and toss lightly. Fill potato shells and serve with sour cream.
