Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (1 lb.) peeled tomatoes
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. diced onion
    3/4 lb. cooked shrimp
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/8 Tbsp. pepper
    1 bay leaf
    parsley
    1/4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 3/4 c. Minute Rice
Preparation
    Drain tomatoes, save liquid and add water to make 1 1/3 cups. Saute celery, onion, pepper in butter.
    Add raw shrimp.
    Cook until pink.
    Add liquid, tomatoes, sugar and salt, etc.
    Cover and simmer 3 minutes.
    Stir in rice.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
