Chili Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. \"minute-style\" rice
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 bouillon cube (any flavor)
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
Preparation
    Saute rice and onion lightly in butter in a medium saucepan. Add water, bouillon and chilies.
    Bring to a boil; cover and let stand 5 minutes.
    Fluff with a fork.
    Good with grilled chicken or fish.
    Serves 6.
