Beefy Mexican Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped (about 1 c.)
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 can (8 oz.) whole kernel corn
    1 pkg. Hamburger Helper Chili Tomato Mix
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 can (16 oz.) whole tomatoes
    5 c. water
Preparation
    Cook and stir ground beef, onion and green pepper in Dutch oven until beef is brown; drain.
    Stir in the Hamburger Helper sauce mix, water, chili powder, garlic salt, salt, corn with liquid and tomatoes with liquid; cover and cook 10 minutes longer. Garnish with corn chips if desired.
    Yields about 9 cups soup.
