Orange Glazed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 medium sweet potatoes
2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1 c. orange juice
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cook potatoes in boiling water 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
Allow potatoes to cool.
Peel and slice.
Arrange slices in a greased, 3-quart baking dish.
