Frozen Fruit Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries
    3 bananas, peeled and cubed
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into muffin tins lined with paper muffin cups.\tFreeze until firm and store in plastic bags.
