French Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. yeast
    1 3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. oil
    6 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Put water, sugar and yeast in a large bowl.
    Let stand until bubbles appear.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Knead for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Cover and double in size.
    This can make two or three loaves.
