Vidalia Onion Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    3 c. sliced Vidalia onions
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix crackers and melted butter.
    Alternate layers of onions, cheese and crackers, ending with crackers.
    Mix eggs and milk and pour over the previous mixture in baking dish.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
