Sour Cream Beef And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
1/4 c. butter
2 c. sliced onion
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 c. green or red pepper, chopped fine
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. oregano
Preparation

Melt butter in frypan.
Add beef.
Cook, then drain.
Add onion, pepper and mushrooms with liquid.
Cook until done.
Add Worcestershire sauce, oregano, celery salt and flour.
Stir in sour cream last.
Arrange and alternate layers of noodles and meat mixture in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until heated.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
