7 Layer Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. hamburger
8 to 10 corn tortillas
1 can Mexi beans
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can tomatoes with chilies
grated cheese
Preparation

Brown and drain hamburger.
Season with salt and pepper and place in 8 x 12-inch casserole dish.
Cut tortillas into 2-inch pieces and place on top of meat.
Drain beans and pour over tortillas.
Sprinkle with chopped onion and cover with grated cheese.
Mix together and heat the soup and chili tomatoes.
Pour on top and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
