Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Pillsbury German chocolate cake mix
1 c. chocolate chips
1 bag caramel candies
2/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. butter or margarine
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Set oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
In saucepan, combine caramels and 1/3 cup of evaporated milk.
Use low heat and stir until caramels are melted; set aside.
