Barbecued Bird - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 frying chickens, cut up
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. lemon powder
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
-
Combine ingredients and marinate chicken pieces the night before serving.
Refrigerate in plastic bag or well covered bowl. Turn pieces occasionally.
When ready to cook, arrange chicken pieces on grill.
Cook until done.
