Zucchini Squash Casserole(Vegetable) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small zucchini squash, diced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 pt. canned tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Dice squash; cook in boiling water for 5 minutes.
    Dice onion and green pepper; brown in butter.
    Add tomatoes; thicken with flour.
    Add sugar and salt.
    Pour over drained squash.
    Place in casserole; cover with grated cheese.
    Top with bread crumbs that have been browned in butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
