Crab And Rice Primavera - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. frozen broccoli, green beans, pearl onion and red pepper mixed vegetables
1/4 c. water
1 1/3 c. milk
1 lb. crabmeat
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Bring vegetables and water to a boil in a medium saucepan, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
Add milk, crabmeat, butter, garlic salt and basil.
Bring to a full boil.
Stir in rice and cheese.
Cover, remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork before serving.
May substitute imitation crabmeat.
