Healthy Three Grain Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. All-Bran
    1 c. oatmeal (regular or quick; not instant)
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. skim milk or more
    2 egg whites
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix whole wheat flour with baking powder, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
    Soak All-Bran and oatmeal with milk.
    A small amount more of milk may be needed to improve consistency.
    Mix egg whites, oil and vanilla.
    Combine all ingredients; stir just enough to moisten.
    Fold in raisins.
    Pour batter evenly into muffin pans.
    Coat muffin pans lightly with vegetable oil spray such as Pam.
