Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed
    2 large eggs
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 tsp. tarragon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    3 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
    1/4 c. minced shallots
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. dry white wine
    1 (8 oz.) Ricotta cheese
    1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms, shallots and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg until juices evaporate, 10 to 12 minutes.
    Add 1/4 cup wine.
    Stir often about 3 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add rest of wine.
    Set aside.
