Peach Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sliced peaches
    1 yellow cake mix
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Pour peaches into bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, juice and all.
    Sprinkle dry cake mix on top.
    Add nuts and slice butter over nuts.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool and serve with Cool Whip.
