Turkey Rolls - cooking recipe

3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 c. cooked, diced turkey
3 Tbsp. fat
1 c. milk
4 c. broth
1/3 c. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. sausage seasoning
Preparation

Sift flour, salt and baking powder together; cut in the fat, then add the chopped parsley. Add milk to make a soft dough; knead lightly. Roll 1/2 inch thickness. Spread with cooked ground turkey which has been moistened with the stock in which the turkey was cooked. Roll up like a jelly roll and cut crosswise in 1 inch pieces. Bake in a hot oven at 400\u00b0. Serve with gravy over the tops of rolls. Makes 14 to 16 servings.
