Applesauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 apples
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. red hots
Preparation
    Peel and core apples.
    Cook; run through tomato juicer.
    Put on stove and cook until hot.
    Seal in pint jars.
    Pressure cook 10 minutes at 10 pound pressure.
