Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 lb. beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 large onion, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. water
    4 small potatoes
    1 c. green beans
    4 small carrots
    1 c. tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Heat cooker; add oil and brown meat.
    Add onion, salt, pepper and water.
    Place small potatoes, green beans, carrots and tomatoes over meat.
    Close cover tightly.
    Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 10 minutes, with pressure regulator rocking slowly.
    Cool cooker at once.
    Make a paste of the flour and 1/4 cup water; stir into the stew to thicken.
    Makes 4 servings.
