Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. chopped walnuts, reserve 1 c.
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. season salt
Preparation

Mix together.
Shape into ball and roll in 1 cup of the reserved walnuts.
Refrigerate for at least 2 to 3 hours before serving.
Serve with crackers.
