Swiss Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes
    1/3 c. Canola oil
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. bouillon broth
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 lb. bacon (approximately) fried crisp and crumbled
    4 hard boiled eggs cubed
Preparation
    Boil potatoes, peel and slice thinly or cut into bite size pieces. In a large bowl combine pinch of salt and pepper, vinegar, onions, oil, bacon and eggs.
