Ingredients

2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. melted oleo
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation

Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, oleo, and vanilla in blender on low speed for 3 minutes.
Pour into 9 1/2-inch or 10-inch pie pan.
Let stand for 5 minutes and then sprinkle with coconut.
Serve warm or cold.
