Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
2 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cream the margarine; add sugar and egg yolks.
Mix in the lemon juice, flour and milk.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0, then 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Makes one 9-inch pie. Double all ingredients except lemon juice for 2 pies.
