Seafood Naples(Serves 4 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined with tail left on
    12 to 16 medium scallops
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    1/4 c. Chablis (dry white wine)
    12 oz. Tomato Basil Sauce
    8 to 10 oz. angel hair pasta
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Lightly dust shrimp and scallops with flour.
    In heavy saucepan, heat olive oil.
    Add seafood and brown lightly on both sides.
    Add garlic and white wine; reduce for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add tomato sauce; simmer for 2 to 3 minutes and serve over hot pasta. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
