French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium sweet onions
    2 cans beef broth
    1/4 stick butter
    Mozzarella cheese or Muenster
    crusty French bread
    jumbo croutons
Preparation
    Saute onions and butter until golden; do not brown.
    Add 2 cans of beef broth and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    Place soup into individual ovenproof bowls or crocks and top with croutons or slice of bread and a slice of Mozzarella cheese (may substitute Muenster).
    Broil until cheese is melted and very lightly browned. Makes 4 servings.
