Stuffed Pepper Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium green peppers
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 c. stewed tomatoes
    3/4 c. rice
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Precook green pepper cups in boiling water (salted), about 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle inside with salt. Brown meat and onion.
    Add stewed tomatoes, rice, Worcestershire and salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and simmer until rice is almost tender, about 5 minutes.
    Add cheese.
    Stuff peppers and stand upright in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch cooking dish.
    Bake uncovered and sprinkle with more cheese.
