Chicken Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans chicken or 3 c. cooked, deboned chicken (save out 2 c. broth to use for gravy)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 cans refrigerator crescent rolls
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter, then add to chicken and cream cheese.
    Mix well.
    Place 1 tablespoon of chicken mixture in center of crescent; fold up like a diaper.
    Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown, at 350\u00b0.
    Thicken broth with cornstarch to make gravy, and place on roll-ups once they are on plates to be served.
