Potato Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cold mashed potatoes
2 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Blend well together in mixer.
Drop a teaspoonful at a time in hot fat.
Let fry slowly until the puffs become brown.
When well puffed, place on brown paper to drain.
