Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. stew meat
    2 pkg. frozen Stillwell soup vegetables
    2 cans sliced potatoes
    1 pkg. stew seasonings
    1 can tomato paste
    1 chopped onion
    4 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut stew meat in small pieces.
    Coat meat in flour.
    Brown meat in a little oil.
    Add chopped onion, water, seasoning and tomato paste.
    Simmer until meat is tender.
    Add frozen vegetables and potatoes.
    Continue simmering until vegetables are tender.
    A little more water may be added.
