Wallaces Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. coarse chuck
    8oz. raw tallow (grind together w/meat)
    2 garlic cloves
    1 sm. cut up onion
    1/2 - 2 tsp cumin seed
    4 c. water
    3oz chili blend
    2 tsp. paprika
    2 tbsp. sugar
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Put first 6 ingredients in pot, cook 30 min.
    Add chili-blend and paprika. Cook until meat in done. Salt to taste and add sugar. If too thin add 2 tbsp. flour.
