Fluffy Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Place in bowl flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Make a well in center.
    Combine eggs, oil and milk.
    Add all at once to dry mixture.
    Stir just to moisten.
    Any fruit or jam can be added. Place in paper-lined microwave pan.
    Cook in microwave 4 to 4 1/2 minutes or when toothpick placed in center comes out clean.
