French Style Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. hot whipped potatoes (7 medium potatoes)
    3 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    ingredients and turn into a greased casserole or baking dish.
    Top with butter and paprika if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
