Hot Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans minced clams, drained, save juice
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 onion, chopped finely
clam juice to thin if necessary
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
cayenne pepper and salt
Preparation

Mix ingredients (except juice).
Heat and serve in chafing dish to keep warm.
Dip crisp cracker or melba toast rounds or like. Serves about 20.
