Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crumbled saltine crackers (save 1/4 of these to add on top)
    3 c. diced chicken
    2 c. diced celery
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. Accent (warning: this is MSG, so I never put it in)
    1 c. slivered almonds
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together (except the 1/4 cup crackers). Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour (until brown and bubbly on top). Add the last 1/4 cup of crackers to the top and bake 5 more minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
