German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1/4 c. frozen minced onion
    1 1/2 tsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    2 (1 lb.) cans sliced white potatoes, drained
    1/2 c. sliced radishes
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp; add onion to drippings.
    Saute until tender, but not brown.
    Crumble bacon; add to onion.
    Mix flour, sugar, salt and pepper; add vinegar and 1/2 cup water, stirring until smooth.
    Add flour mixture to bacon mixture.
    Simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Add celery seed.
    Pour hot dressing over potatoes.
    Add radishes; toss.
    Yield: 6 servings.
