Oriental Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

10 chicken wings
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1/3 c. water
Preparation

Separate each chicken wing into three sections, discarding the tip section.
Rinse, then pat dry.
In an electric skillet, combine soy, water, sugar and ginger; bring to boil.
Add chicken wing pieces.
Reduce heat.
Simmer, covered, 30 minutes, stirring often.
Remove cover; simmer 15 to 30 minutes.
