Rhubarb Creme Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced rhubarb
    2 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. flour
    lump of butter
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over rhubarb and let stand 5 minutes. Drain.
    Cook together and put into a baked crust.
    Top with beaten egg whites.
    Makes 1 pie.
