Chili-Egg Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilies
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy, light and lemon colored.
    Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, Jack cheese and melted butter.
    Blend until mixed.
    Stir in chilies.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until top is lightly brown and center appears firm.
