Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 c. Bisquick
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, margarine or butter, melted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease bottoms of cupcake pans.
    Beat egg slightly; stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Divide batter evenly.
    Bake until golden brown, 15 to 17 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
