Quick Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    15 1/2 oz. can kidney beans, drained (save liquid)
    1/3 c. bean liquid
    1 c. canned tomato puree
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Cook beef in hot frypan until lightly browned.
    Drain off fat; stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Serves 4.
