Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated carrots
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. nuts
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix ingredients as listed.
    Pour into a greased tube pan.
    Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool and remove from tube pan.
