Yummy Rhubarb Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. rhubarb
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. heavy whipped cream
    1/4 c. water
    2 slices ginger
Preparation
    Cook until sauce.
    Puree in blender, pour in bowl; cool.
    After cooled, add 1 cup heavy whip cream.
