1 large baking potato per serving
1 Tbsp. butter per potato
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Cut potatoes into long wedges, about 8 per potato (with or without skin).
Place on cookie sheet.
In small pan melt butter and brush a little on cookie sheet to keep from sticking.
Brush rest of butter on potato wedges.
Bake until golden brown, approximately 45 minutes.
After about 20 minutes turn once with spatula so they don't stick.
