Pretzel Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 3/4 c. crushed pretzels
1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) box strawberry Jell-O
6 oz. frozen strawberries
3 c. boiling water
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, cool and add strawberries. Chill until partially thickened.
Mix first 3 ingredients.
Save 1/4 cup for topping.
Press rest in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Cool.
Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and 1 cup sugar; spread on base in the pan.
Pour the strawberry-Jell-O mixture over the cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with the 1/4 cup topping.
Chill for several hours.
Serves 12.
