Special Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    2 oz. mushrooms
    2 oz. carrots
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    3 Tbsp. oil
    5 oz. shrimp
    1 lb. cooked rice
    2 oz. peas
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut onion, mushrooms and carrots into thin slices.
    Beat eggs with salt.
    Set wok at 420\u00b0 (or hot pan).
    Heat oil; add onions and carrots and stir-fry for 1 minute.
    Add mushrooms and shrimp and fry for another minute.
    Push to one side and pour eggs in the other side.
    Cook for 2 minutes.
    When eggs are nearly set, add rice, peas and soy sauce.
    Mix all ingredients together and cook for a minute more.
