French Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 c. wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
    2 Tbsp. consomme
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/8 c. oil
Preparation
    Cook potatoes whole.
    Drain.
    Peel while still warm.
    Slice. Combine all other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour over warm potatoes. Toss until liquid is absorbed. Allow to marinate at room temperature.
    If refrigerated after mixing, bring to room temperature before serving.
