Lemon-Broiled Chicken And Skewered Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 whole chicken breasts, split
    2 medium zucchini, cut into 2-inch chunks
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    1 small red onion, cut into 8 wedges
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    In small saucepan melt butter. Add garlic, lemon juice and parsley.
    Place chicken, skin side down, on rack in broiler pan.
