Dehaan'S Summer Squash Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. squash (2 medium summer, 2 medium zucchini)
1 container sour cream
water and margarine to taste
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 large can Stove Top dressing
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
Preparation

Cook squash and onion in water for 5 minutes; drain.
Blend sour cream and soup.
Mix with cooked squash and mushrooms. Combine Stove Top with a little water and margarine to moisten slightly.
Place half of the dressing in bottom of casserole or baking pan.
Spoon vegetable mixture evenly over the dressing. Top with remaining dressing.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until browned.
