Party Casserole Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    10 potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1/4 c. melted butter
    chives, parsley flakes and garlic salt to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
    Add to mashed potatoes gradually, beating until light and fluffy.
    Add chives, parsley and garlic salt, mixing well.
    Spoon into buttered baking dish.
    Brush top with melted butter; sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    May top with shredded cheese, if desired. May store in refrigerator or freezer up to 10 days before baking. Yields 12 servings.
